Welcome to FTFO.id ("FTFO," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website ftfo.id, our marketplace storefronts (including Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop), and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. About FTFO

FTFO is an online sportswear store operated by Akarimaji ("the Company"), based in Soreang, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. We sell sportswear and footwear products, including Adidas products, through our website and authorized marketplace channels.

FTFO is an independent retailer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, FTFO is not an official Adidas store and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Adidas AG or its affiliates. All product names, brands, logos, and trademarks referenced on our Services are the property of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on FTFO. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement, or that you are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate stock availability, but we do not guarantee that all products listed are in stock at the time of your order. In the event of unavailability after an order is placed, we will contact you to offer a refund, exchange, or alternative product.

5. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability).

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped via our logistics partner (JNE) or other couriers as applicable.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to courier operations, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of FTFO.
  • Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions apply only under the conditions stated at the time of purchase.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable Indonesian consumer protection law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory Indonesian consumer protection law (Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen) that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop). Purchases made through these platforms may also be subject to that platform's own terms and policies, in addition to these Terms where applicable. FTFO is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party platforms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection regulations.
